Our Youth Services

  • Engaging in physical activities and sports plays a crucial role in enhancing both mental and physical well-being among young people. This involvement serves as a proactive measure to divert them from the streets and discourage participation in anti-social behaviors and gang culture, known to be linked with youth crime and violence. Numerous studies provide compelling evidence supporting the positive impact of sports on reducing delinquency, fostering discipline, and promoting a healthier lifestyle, thereby contributing to the overall betterment of youth communities.

  • Our programme is specifically crafted to empower young individuals with indispensable, transferable skills focused on sports coaching and self-employment. Through this initiative, youth gain proficiency in devising workout plans, executing boxing combinations, and mastering boxing pad holding techniques. Additionally, we go beyond sports by imparting entrepreneurial skills, encompassing areas such as e-commerce, fashion, and service-oriented endeavours. Our comprehensive approach ensures that young participants not only excel in sports coaching but also acquire versatile skills essential for personal and professional development in various domains.

  • Our organisation is guided by the principle of lived experience, recognising the profound impact of personal encounters on one's perspective. We firmly grasp the significance of offering relatable coaches who draw from their own lived experiences. This deliberate approach is rooted in the belief that coaches and mentors with shared experiences can significantly enhance the effectiveness of our programme. By having mentors and coaches who intimately understand the challenges and triumphs faced by our participants, we cultivate an environment that is not only supportive but also fosters a deeper connection, ultimately enriching the overall impact and success of our initiatives.

  • Our commitment to enhancing employability extends to providing dedicated support for young individuals identified as NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training). Through our initiatives, we facilitate access to accredited courses, meaningful work placements, and employment opportunities, with a primary focus on the dynamic fitness sector. By tailoring our efforts to address the unique needs of NEETs, we aim to empower them with the skills, qualifications, and hands-on experience necessary to bridge the gap between education and the workforce. This comprehensive approach not only opens doors to professional growth within the fitness industry but also serves as a catalyst for broader personal development, equipping these young individuals with the tools they need to thrive in their chosen careers.
